What is WELL Building Standard
The WELL Building Standard (WELL) aims to improve the health and wellbeing of people inside buildings.
WELL is the first standard to integrate human health and wellbeing into the design, construction, maintenance, and operation of buildings. WELL, a holistic approach to health, wellbeing, and development that covers a wide range of health, wellness, environmental, social, economic, and environmental issues. Unlike LEED or other certifications, which aim to ensure the environmentally sustainable design of a building, WELL focuses on the people in the building.
The WELL Building Standard implements a performance-based system for measuring, certifying, and monitoring the building’s impact on the health, wellbeing, and sustainability of the building occupants.
